Tibbo is an international company group leading in hardware and software solutions for the Internet of Things, IT infrastructure management, industrial and building automation, remote monitoring and service, physical access control, and data center management. Our partners worldwide are system integrators and ingineering companies.

Tibbo is looking for a technical account manager working with the following solutions/products:

  • Internet of Things platform
  • IT infrastructure management and network monitoring
  • Industrial automation (SCADA/MES/EAM)
  • Building automation
  • Remote control, monitoring, and data acquisition
  • Physical security and access control
  • Fleet management
  • OEM monitoring and management solutions for IoT device vendors

Requirements:

  • Deep technical knowledge in one or more verticals mentioned above
  • Fluent or spoken English (strong Upper Intermediate or higher, preferably Advanced)
  • Proven track record in software sales
  • Good communicative and presentation skills
  • Ambition for personal growth in IT solutions sales sphere
  • Teamwork skills (close cooperation with developers, business and system analysts)
  • Drive for self-development and financial well-being
  • Independent decision making

Optional requirements:

  • Comprehension of compex IT product development and marketing strategy
  • Career history in software/hardware development or system integration companies
  • Understanding of international partner network management strategy
  • Project management expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Achivement of personal sales targets
  • Online presentations of Tibbo product portfolio to customers and partners (mostly foreign)
  • Account management for global partner/customer network
  • Technical solution design and presale
  • Customization of documents (high-level designs, technical and commercial proposals, etc.)
  • Close involvement in Platform marketing and events related to its promotion
  • Negotiations on customer sites (business trips all over the world)
